Aura's Stats tab relies on data provided by Apple, and that data can take a few minutes to settle.
It only covers the iPhone where Aura is installed. Activity on an iPad or Mac is not included, and some background activity such as music, navigation, or calls may not appear the way you expect.
If Aura and iOS Settings disagree by a large amount for several hours, take a screenshot of both screens and email help@downloadaura.app. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and Aura version.
