Cancel Your Subscription

First, check how you subscribed

Aura subscriptions are purchased either through Apple’s App Store or directly on the Aura website.

App Store

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. If Aura appears there, Apple manages your subscription.

Aura website

Check the email address you used at checkout for your Aura subscription receipt.

Cancel an App Store subscription

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Choose Aura.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Deleting Aura does not cancel your subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Request a refund from Apple

Apple handles refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple Account.
3. Find your Aura purchase.
4. Choose Request a refund.

Cancel a website subscription

Your receipt includes a subscription-management link. If you cannot find it, enter the email address you used at checkout and open a support request.

You can also use subscription management to view your plan, switch plans, or ask about your most recent charge.
