The app crashes or won't open

In order:

  1. Force quit and reopen. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then swipe

the Aura card away.

  1. Restart your iPhone. Fixes more than it has any right to.
  2. Update Aura. Open the App Store, tap your photo, and scroll to pending

updates.

  1. Update iOS. Settings, General, Software Update.
  2. Reinstall. Delete Aura and install it again, then sign in. Your habits,

streak and coins come back with your account. Your Wall of Wins photos are on the device and will not.

If it still crashes, email help@downloadaura.app with your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. What you were doing at the time is the useful one.
