By email: write to help@downloadaura.app from the address on your account.
What gets deleted: your account, your habits and settings, your streak history, and your coin records. Done within 30 days, and typically much faster.
What was never there to delete: your habit photos, your Health measurements, and your blocked app list. None of those were on our servers in the first place.
What stays on your phone until you delete the app: your Wall of Wins photos. Deleting your account doesn't reach onto your device. Delete Aura to remove them.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that separately, using the steps above, or you'll keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
