Read-only means Aura never writes anything to Health and never changes your data.
Health data is processed on your phone to work out coins. We store the coin total, not the underlying measurements. We never use Health data for advertising, never share it with advertising or analytics partners, and never sell it. That's both our policy and a condition of Apple's rules for using HealthKit.
You can revoke any of it at any time in the Health app under Privacy, then Apps, then Aura.
