After a reinstall, sign in with the same method you used before. Sign in with Apple and email sign-in can create different accounts, especially when Hide My Email is involved.
Your account data and subscription should return after the correct sign-in or a purchase restore. Wall of Wins photos can return only if their earlier private uploads succeeded and you sign in to the same Aura account.
Deleting Aura also does not cancel a subscription. If the account still looks empty, email help@downloadaura.app with the sign-in method and purchase email you used.
