What makes a report we can act on:
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- What you were doing right before
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings, General, About)
- Your Aura version, at the bottom of the Settings screen
- A screenshot or a screen recording if there's something to see
A screen recording is worth ten paragraphs for anything involving blocking or the camera, because both depend on timing that's hard to describe.
We read everything, including the blunt ones.
For subscription cancellations and App Store refunds, follow the billing articles above. Apple handles those requests directly, so Aura cannot complete them for you.
