That's usually a sign it's become familiar rather than that it's broken.
Switch styles. Profile, Settings, Interventions. A different intervention you haven't learned to autopilot through will land again.
Look at your coin price. If you always have hundreds of coins spare, paying costs you nothing and the pause is theatre. Lower your earning rates so coins mean something.
Consider Hard Mode. It won't change the intervention, but it removes the weekly pass, so coins become the only route.
Be honest about the app list. If the app you keep opening isn't actually blocked, none of this fires.
